HOMELAND LANDSCAPE - Since his youth, Zoran Andrich was amazed by a mill in River Gradac em Valjevo. He represents the genesis of a constant motivation, that, on the other hand, maintained is recognizable in all his work.
Constant dialogue between the artist and the river, made of lights and colors of the mirror reflection of the water, created a harmony between nature and the creative mind of the artist.
Pleading for absolute independence of the artist's vision, Expressionist his temper tends to make endless variations of his lyrical abstractions. In this sense: Abstraction for experience, from experience to the realization of the vision, there is a meticulous elaboration of well known why various media techniques.
That's how he made several of his paintings: drawings, oil paintings, pastels and watercolors - all in honor of one particular landscape. The recurring themes of Andrich are important for all of their work, and his accomplishments include the fine arts and the aesthetic aspects being a unique phenomenon in our contemporary.
As a guest in a house in Russia in Belgrade, Andrich presents a series of watercolors made recently - his favorite technique, for which he is widely known as one of the best masters in his country. These watercolors are made of abstract transparencies characterized by a color balance with harmony and contrast, leading to creation of intimate sounds poetic. Each sound has its own rhythm that subtly emerges surface, suggesting endless calm movements.
New paintings refer to a force of poetic imagination spiritualized, creating highly individual works, unlimited and infinite in its essence. In addition, sensitivity lyrical calm pervades the paintings of Andrich. The dialogue between the work and the viewer is unintentional and subtle, but the action Andrich is impenetrable at first glance. She seeks attention, confidence and observation and it is only then that the painting of modest dimensions enriches the viewer with a multi-layered beauty of pure art.
