International Museum Day is celebrated in 18 of May and to remember the date, the National Museum Week encourages discussions in the museum field and inspires events proposed by museums.
The participation of the National Museum of Fine Arts/Ibram in the 20th National Museum Week, whose theme this year is “The power of the Museum”, will be the exhibition of the video “The transforming power of a Museum”, on MNBA social media.
Produced by the Institution's servers, the video “The transforming power of a Museum” will be broadcast from 18 de Mayo, Fourth, at 3:0 pm, through the social networks of the MNBA: Instagram – @mnbario and Facebook – MNBARio.
In the production, the cleaning colleagues, of maintenance, of security, administrative support, and general services of the MNBA, among others, explain how they started a new stage of their lives from the moment they started working at the Museum.
Lasting for 3 minutes, the video “The transforming power of a Museum”, print some of these inspiring stories.
