The carioca writer will be at the event on 15 de Mayo, from the 3:00 pm, of meat “Crime, Punishment and Police Literature” with Raphael Montes
This Monday (09), the 4th edition of the LER – Rio de Janeiro Salon, in Pier Mauá, in Porto Maravilha. Hoping to gather more than 200 thousand visitors, the event has already confirmed several artists and opinion makers as attractions, including the writer from Rio Vanessa Guimaraes, that will be not sunday (15), from the 3:00 pm, together with Raphael montes on stage Voice & Time with the “Crime” table, Punishment and Police Literature, mediated by Jackson Jacques.
gathering more than 30 spaces involving ongoing activities with artists, companies and projects, the event will be held in the warehouses 3, 4 and 5, with limited capacity for each action, including the stage that Vanessa Guimaraes and Raphael montes will be present.
In touch with the literary universe since childhood through Agatha Christie's best sellers, Vanessa Guimaraes carries big luggage from police literature to share throughout the event. “I have great inspirations and knowledge about the genre, and it will be a pleasure to have this moment with Raphael Montes”, says.
The carioca is the author of "Butterfly Kiss" and “The Others”, two award-winning works, which brings detective Joanna Guivel, your alter ego, as the protagonist of enigmatic and bloody cases. “They are individual stories and different cases that the same detective has to face”, bringing female representation to their plots, the artist has been conquering more and more readers in Brazil and is preparing to translate her books.

The 4Edition of LER – Rio de Janeiro Salon ends not sunday (15) and also has several other attractions throughout the week, as Valter Hugo Mãe, Zélia Duncan, Thalita Rebouças, José Eduardo Agualusa, Elisa Lucinda and among others. Individual tickets and passports are being sold at Sympla.
