Interview
Where did you born? And what is your academic training?
I was born in Sorocaba. I'm a Bachelor's degree in accounting.
How and when you give your first contact with the Arts?
Since my 10 years of age I started drawing.
How did you find this gift?
I always wanted to paint on canvas, but the passage of time with marriage, children, procrastinated this dream. Now with a little more time I devote to this.
What are your main influences?
Caravaggio, Michelangelo, Bartolomé Esteban Murillo.
What materials do you use in your works?
Canvas and oil paint.
What is your creative process itself? What inspires you?
I've always been very religious, and not least my main influences follow the line of the cross. Biblical passages and also pictures inspire me.
When you started effectively to produce or create your works?
Professionally 6 years ago, but as stated, my curiosity comes from child.
Art is an intellectual production exquisite, where emotions are embedded in the context of creation, but in art history, we see that many artists are derived from other, following technical and artistic movements through time, you own any model or influence of any artist? Who would be?
Among the 3 already cited Caravaggio is what inspires me. Perfection in traces, your feeling brought on the screens and history fascinate me.

What does art mean to you? If you were to summarize in a few words the meaning of Arts in your life…
Nowadays the art for me is a way of representing a feeling of love and devotion. When I'm painting I feel alone, and I always try to make my own work surpass my own expectations.
What techniques do you use to express their ideas, feelings and perceptions about the world? (Whether it is through painting, sculpture, drawing, collage, photography… or uses several techniques in order to make a mix of different art forms).

The academic painting is my focus. Every time I start a work make a prayer to God to enlighten me on each stroke and each color palette.
Every artist has his mentor, that person who you have mirrored, you encouraged and inspired you to follow this career, going ahead and taking your dreams the other expression levels, who this person is and how it introduced you in the art world?
My family certainly. Ever since they know that my gift, and encourage me day to day search this realization.
You have another activity beyond art? You give lessons, lectures, etc..?
I'm a curator of the Museum of sacred art of Sorocaba, all the time I'm looking for new knowledge through courses and lectures, and at the moment I'm studying in SP at school the MASP art history course.
Its major national and international exhibitions and their awards?
In these 06 years of career could participate in numerous exhibitions and receive numerous awards. The latest national in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro (Exhibition of international artists – Silver Medal Award Jury), Juiz de Fora (Award Honorable Mention) and Macaws (Sorted for display). And the last International was in Miami in the United States.
2015 – This year I was selected to participate in an international exhibition in Abu Dabhi in November, and by the end of the year will catch up 100 works produced.
