In its third edition, the PontoArt Gallery promotes the exhibition: "A Look At Unusual III", with opening day 18 at 7:00 pm, extending until 19 th December 2015. The show features the latest production of the plastic artist Ananda Giordano Peres, including paintings, drawings, objects and texts, together and with the technical support of the writer and Illustrator Carla Caruso and plastic artist and art educator Helena Rajan, their teachers and mentors. In addition to the works of Ananda, the exhibition also features works of these two guidelines.
Ananda Peres is blind from birth, although, throughout his life, with the universe of artistic expressions. Interested primarily in music and the visual arts, being that your interest in this area was born from his performance in PontoArt, stimulated by the fact that his paternal grandfather Marrey Luiz Perez, now deceased, having been a very active paulista artist. Ananda attends regular art classes at the art Workshop-educator Helena Ribeiro and the writing workshop is with the writer Carla Caruso.
"The texts of Ananda are creative, and increasingly it appropriates of the written language. It is a pleasure and a great joy to share with her the discoveries and surprises that come of their artistic creations ", says Carla Caruso. Helena Rajan points out that "the art with the Ananda is always more intense and handle colors is like we're treating our own feelings".
The curator, production and Assembly of shows is Octavio gamble and Marrey Perez Jr., PontoArt Gallery owners and parents of the artist. The exhibition has IDs and texts in braille and audio feature-interpretation of the works, providing a level of accessibility and inclusion to visually impaired visitors.
With respect to the issue of inclusion, in shows, the same occurs in two distinct pathways. The first being the creation of a parallel universe in which inhabits the "unusual look" of the person born with visual impairment, that tries to raise awareness and communicate with people who have a notion of universe notably visual. The duplicate is given by providing tactile and audible features material, providing the person with visual impairments the opportunity to participate in a mainly Visual arts exhibition. Through the construction of parallel universes and inclusive, of cultural stimuli and his own passion for the arts, the visually impaired can participate in the exhibition, building knowledge and aesthetic own feelings. Analogously, Ananda can develop, along with Carla and Helena, production graphics, texts and objects that converge to an aesthetic also unusual, as well as your look.
