Registration period ends next Monday (31)
The registration period for the free course on the History of Art of Paraná, promoted by Solar do Rosário, ends next Monday (31). With the aim of presenting the artistic movements existing in the State, the content will be passed on through theoretical classes, speeches and statements by artists, teachers, critics, gallery owners and relatives of deceased artists.
In addition to classes – which run from August 1st to 29 November – There will be visits to museums, public and private art spaces, Ateliers and art workshops. At the end, all participants will receive a certificate of completion. (Below is the complete schedule)
"The course will begin with an overview of the history of art, through the history of art of Brazil until the main focus is the art of Paraná. We have a model of historical heritage and other Art Education module. In addition, will be studied the Art salons in Paraná, the creation of the most significant museums and art spaces of the State, the great contribution of the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) and the school of music and fine arts of Paraná (BAP), as well as the importance of the early foreign travelers and, later, the representatives of the different migratory currents strengthened the State art ", explains the Director of Solar do Rosário, Lucia Malucelli Casillo.
The course is supported by the State Secretariat for Culture (SEEC), through the project of State law of incentive to culture (PROFICE), in addition to the sponsorship of Companhia Paranaense de Energia (Copel).
