Free show will take place at West Plaza, from 12 october to 10 November and will provide visitors with a journey through time through the works of the artist
Traditional shopping mall in the west of São Paulo, West Plaza prepare to receive exhibition unprecedented in the region, highlighting part of the renaissance period through the show “Inside the Mind of Leonardo da Vinci”. Are 30 parts produced in materials such as wood, bronze, strings that reflect the artist's genius and can be appreciated from 12 October to 10 November, on the 3rd floor of Block A.
Author of renowned works such as Monalisa, The Last Supper among others, Leonardo da Vinci also displayed his talent and skills as a painter., sculptor and scientist, the artist was still a great inventor.
The exhibition “Inside the Mind of Leonardo da Vinci” brings together iconic sculptures such as, for example, the work The Bike, wooden replica with pedals, crown and pinion connected by a leather strap, another piece that can be appreciated by the public is the Air Screw, created in 1493 is considered the forerunner of the helicopter, the work contains a circular base with an axis crossed by a screw and is covered by a linen fabric. The works on display are faithful reproductions of Leonardo da Vinci's original designs., and use materials such as bronze, wood, cotton and rope.
