Fall asleep with the music of life
Be enchanted.
Forget it.
Dispersion is a pleasure.
Don't want to be you.
Be the infinite soul of everything.
Change your short human dream
For the immortal dream.
The only.
The misery of being afraid wins.
Change yourself for the unknown.
Do you not see then that it is bigger?
Don't you see that it has no end?
Don't you see that it is you?
You have forgotten about yourself?
(MEIRELLES, 1982, Song IV)
Life comes out of pure enchantment. It enchants what was silent and flies high, taking dreams and overcoming dimensions. The unknown often promotes discomfort and dismay, but the gaze is still enchanted by the infinite and its stars and goes beyond imagining and weaving stories. New tales and new paths emerge on new spaces, on new surfaces, fantasy immerse in the unknown and continue its journey. Perhaps this is the limit between the dream and its outcome, like the moment when the first instrument starts to blow until the entire orchestra is in tune, unison and harmonious.
Thus dreams are woven since they are generated. Revista Artrilha came from a dream, made by the hands of artists, curated by artists, for artists, to promote Art.
From the interaction between visual artists, sharing their experiences and professional difficulties, a great chain of truly inspired and inspiring people was formed, who joined in social networks, forming an active and above all united group. Artrilha emerged from this union and friendship in December 2018. The creation of the social media page in February 2019 consolidated the group and strengthened the magazine that acquired its identity with the name that meant artists creating tracks. The creation of the Instagram page in 2020 was essential to bring the artists together in a more concrete way and publicize all the group's projects.
Believing in a dream, the creator of the project, Edna Stradioto, not only created the magazine, but also believed in the project and went even further by founding a publisher to fulfill her purpose. The result was a beautiful Art book with 111 pages, with images of works by 40 Brazilian artists. The first issue of the magazine came out on 13 August 2020 and so far have been done 665 downloads, outside the estimated direct mailings by e-mails (127 by the publisher) and messages by Whatsapp (made by artists and contacts, estimated at more than 1,8 thousand submissions), adding an audience of more than 2,3 thousand people. The first magazine can be downloaded for free from the link ednacarlastradioto.com/2020/08/13/revista-artrilha. And it is very likely that a second edition will soon emerge, promoting artists and their works.
The dream that never falls asleep, has the shape of a giant and is dispersed by the immensity, taking shapes and colors. It is configured, does not perceive distances and goes beyond, solidifies and becomes true for those who believed.
