Music workshop continues with registration open until 20 November

Completing two weeks with registration open, the 35th music workshop of Curitiba has already 450 enrolled students, such as 81 foreigners. Thirteen are courses with vacancies exhausted. Promoted by the city of Curitiba, through the Cultural Foundation and the Curitiba Institute for art and culture (ICAC), the workshop will be held from 7 to 29 January, with the offer of 77 courses in classical and MPB music. The inscriptions follow up 20 November, at website www.oficinademusica.org.br.

Each student can attend up to six courses, with the limit of three for each phase. Classes take place at the headquarters of the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (PUC-PR) and various other activities are scheduled in the chapel Santa Maria and Regional administrations. Courses with vacancies open -Several courses of classical and ancient stage are still slots open. The core "Opera Studio" back to programming workshop, offering internships for stage direction, music and adult choir practice. The Opera will be staged "the magic flute", by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

Others that deserve attention are the Frevo Orchestra courses, with Spok, Battery in Frevo, with Adelson Silva, and the seminar of Violas from Brazil, Ricardo Vignini teachers, Joe Helder, João Paulo Amaral, Cacai Nunes and Rogério Gulin, performed in the Brazilian Popular Music. The course of Cristóvan Bastos on his music for all musicians and music students in General is also new this year.
