The proposal of the workshop is to train professionals working in the area of documentation, archivists, Librarians, museologists, Conservatives and those interested in General, in the development of actions and practices of conservation and preservation of historical and contemporary photographic collections.
PROGRAM
- Training for identifying photographic processes practiced in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.
- Diagnostic Development assessing the conservation status of photographs as a result of inadequate guard, mishandling, pollution, moisture, temperature and lighting, as well as the root causes to own photographic support.
- Storage and packaging of photographic assembly, such as: chemical and mechanical cleaning; minor repairs and conditioning.
- Preventive Conservation Concepts and use of PPE.
- Digitization of photographic collections.

Marli Marcondes. Graduated in social sciences by Universidade Estadual Paulista-UNESP; Master in Multimedia at the Art Institute - UNICAMP. Conservator of photographic documents under the guidance of CCFP - FUNARTE / RJ. A specialization in "Analysis and Expertise in Work of Art" by the Art Temple School (SP). It has courses in restoration area in plaster support, mud, wood and paper machethe Museum of Sacred Art of São Paulo. Expert restoration painting by Sacred Art Museum of Sao Paulo. Specialization in easel painting restoration at The Art and Restoration Institute Palazzo Spinelli. Was Professor at the University of Franca-UNIFRAN (1996), Paulista University - UNIP (2002-2004) and PUC-Campinas (2003-2005). He served as Curator of photographs on memory-Unicamp Center 1997 A Janeiro / 2019.
