The Museum of sacred art promotes, the Free Course: "The great Italian Lordships' with Professor. Dr. Oscar Luigi Marzorati.

Objective and content:

After the lecture introduction to the subject, The course aims to tell the pomp and artistic and cultural heritage of the main Italian Lordships.

Each class will be a journey within major cities and senhoris headquarters.

Cities, these, who kept the centuries the urban and architectural implementation desired by the masters of 1300 and 1400 and still preserve works of art that gave beauty and magnificence to Italy.

Giotto, Piero della Francesca, Leonardo da Vinci, Mantegna, Brunelleschi, Michelangelo and other artists, protected by sovereign illuminated as Lorenzo il Magnifico, Ludovico il Moro, Federico da Montefeltro, Can Grande della Scala, Borso d'Este, Federico Gonzaga.

In each class will be outlined the biographical vicissitudes of these important historical figures to show the changes of the cities that, somehow, still lead the urban landmarks and artistic beauties.

The course is aimed at all who have a common interest in history, the history of art and architecture, the Italian art and architecture in particular.

You want to reach a diverse audience, from graduates and graduate students in history and / or art history / history of architecture, to professionals.

Professor:

Prof. Dr. Oscar Luigi Marzorati, Italian Lake Como region, He graduated in Architecture and Urban Planning at the Faculty of Architecture Politecnico di Milano Bovisa (Milan, Italy).

It has experience in residential and commercial architecture projects, with emphasis on reforms, restoration, maintenance and upgrading of the existing architectural heritage.

Collaborating for years with the Italian Cultural Institute of São Paulo - official cultural body of the General Consulate of Italy in São Paulo - within which, today, is responsible for guided tours of the palace 1922 its headquarters.

He was the author of several lectures and courses on Italian culture in a number of renowned cultural institutions (Bookstore Culture, House of knowledge, among others).
