The Art Museum of the river-SEA, under the Institute's management Odeon, this Thursday (18/6), às 17h, a live to debate favela social activism in the pandemic scenario. The conversation will feature two active residents of Morro da Providência: the museum education coordinator, Hugo Oliveira, and visual artist Maurício Hora, that will be part of the collective exhibition ‘Casa Carioca’, scheduled to open with the reopening of MAR - closed due to the period of social isolation.
In shows, Maurício Hora will present an unprecedented work that is being produced during the Covid-19 pandemic. To support the residents of your community, who often do not have clean water at home, the artist and his companion installed 64 taps across the territory.
