Where did you born? And what is your academic training?

I was born in Aparecida/São Paulo and live in the capital about 47 years, since I got married.

  • University course of Portuguese and French;
  • Architectural drawing course in technical school;
  • Painting courses in schools of fine arts: – OPEN – Brazilian Academy of Arts – SP – from 1999 to 2001;
  • Home of the restaurateur-SP/SP – 2012 on.

How and when you give your first contact with the Arts?

My first contact with the arts was in childhood doing the first landscapes, animals, flowers and dolls.

In addition to these jokes, I grew up in frequent contact with the music, the dance and the amateur theatre.

How did you find this gift?

My curiosity led me to want to know the great painters, his works, as well as the history of art.

I like artists of various schools, since, for me, the beauty, the sensitivity and the colors are the most important.

What are your main influences?

The influences come from Turner, Monet, Matisse, Van Gogh until Thomaz Ianelli.

What materials do you use in your works?

I've been working with acrylic, but occasionally also use glue, the pastel and oil.

What is your creative process itself? What inspires you?

Breathe me in places I travel in detail of the nature and sometimes it's the imagination, the dream that lead me to find the colors and lines. Can I choose the theme, Search, do studies to start work. Or mix the colors and let me drive by intuition.

When you started effectively to produce or create your works?

My most effective artistic production began in 1978, When I won the first husband's box with canvases and paint material.

I came to participate in group exhibition. Only that in 1983, the profession forced me to decrease my artistic activities, but without abandoning the art.

From 1998 I devote myself to painting, having as favorite theme the sea, because I like sailing and see what he has in addition to its beauty and exoticism.

Art is an intellectual production exquisite, where emotions are embedded in the context of creation, but in art history, we see that many artists are derived from other, following technical and artistic movements through time, do you own any model or influences of an artist? Who would be?

The colorists are always the models who seek inspiration.

What does art mean to you? If you were to summarize in a few words the meaning of Arts in your life…

The color art, lights, sounds, joy and knowledge. Therefore, It brings more meaning to my life.

What techniques do you use to express their ideas, feelings and perceptions about the world? (Whether it is through painting, sculpture, drawing, collage, photography… or uses several techniques in order to make a mix of different art forms)

I like expressing myself through painting. Also glue, drawing and photo can be part of my creations.

Every artist has his mentor, that person whom you mirrored that encouraged and inspired you to follow this career you, going ahead and taking your dreams the other expression levels, who this person is and how it introduced you in the art world?

My first color consultations were in the works of Claude Monet. He inspired me and gave birth to the desire to want to learn how to express myself through art.

Do you have another job besides painting? You of classes, lectures etc.?

Beyond painting, read, visit museums, exhibitions or other representations of art.
