60 Projects will be selected with cash prizes and exhibition in public places
Cultural agents from across the country who have works created to be shown on video can apply
Until the day 9 August, artists who have works created to be shown on video, You can sign up for “Mostra Arte.On”.
A festival that aims to reward 60 authorial works in the areas of performing arts, visual arts, literature and music, with the value of BRL 2.500, also regarding copyright.
Registration for the Exhibition is free and restricted to legal entities, private law, for-profit and non-profit, legally constituted in Brazil and must be done through the Prosas platform (prosas.com.br/editais/14717).
Submitted videos must be copyright, free indicative rating, and they don't have to be new.
The selection of videos will be made by six curators with an extensive and award-winning CV.
They are choreographer and videomaker Alex Soares.
The doctor and master in Communication and Languages/Cinema and Audiovisual Studies, Cristiane Wosniak.
The theater artist, dance and cinema, director and playwright Eduardo Ramos.
The interpreter, creator and educator, Samuel Kavalerski. The visual artist, cinema and photography teacher, independent curator and director, Tom Lisboa and the music producer, composer, sound designer, musician, musical and scenic director, Vadeco Samson.
The festival program includes screenings on YouTube, projections on facades and displays on big screens located in public spaces in the city of Curitiba, online and live interviews with creators, live online seminar with curators and activities in public schools in the city of Curitiba, with the aim of forming an audience for the arts.

“With this exhibition we want, give visibility and value work from areas that normally occupy different spaces and media than videos, but which gain new perspectives when they are designed to be shown in videos”, comment Simone Bönisch, Jorge Schneider and Betina D'Agnoluzzo, responsible for the project.
The Arte.On Exhibition is made possible through the Culture Incentive Law, with Hospital Pequeno Príncipe as the beneficiary institution, Adami's sponsorship, Incopostes Group, Ciapetro, Itambé, Agrosul Santa Catarina, Vianmaq and Dicomp and the production of Bönisch Produções Culturais, Ministry of Culture and the Federal Government: Brasil, union and reconstruction.
