Author's debut book will be released by Grupo Editorial Coerência
Fascinated by fantasy, the writer Oz Montgomery will fulfill a dream this month by launching "Brother Angelicus" by Editorial Group Coherence. Among angels, demons and several other supernatural beings, the author tells a story with great lessons through a plot that revolves around a young ex-friar facing a curse.
"Because it is fantasy, various elements are presented, but with a very different perspective than seen in most books. ”, says the author about his debut book.
In the work we follow the story of Daves, a young man who was cursed by his ex-girlfriend. Loving and being loved becomes one of the biggest challenges of your life, and, he embarks on a journey to reconnect with his past to discover the mysteries that surround his life, next to your friend, an angel who gave up heavenly life to live as a human.
Oz Montgomery joined the church and became a friar in his late teens, he has a lot of knowledge about the order of the Franciscan religion, and beyond that, as passionate about fantasy always studied about supernatural beings.
“FraterAngelicus talks about all of this [religion and supernatural beings], addresses all of these topics. Soon, people will wonder: 'And now? Is this real or is it just fantasy?’”, said the writer during an interview.
The book will be available for pre-sale at Editorial Group Coherence until the end of March.

Biography: since very young, Oz is a faithful lover of fiction, supernatural romances and fantasy. And it is in this fine line, between what is real and what is unbelievable, that he is inspired to tell his stories. Born in São Paulo, the author of FraterAngelicus is passionate about dogs and nature. Seeks to balance his work as a commercial manager and daily life, with the free time he dedicates to writing. Since he met the children's and youth series Vaga-Lume, a child, fell in love with reading. Later on, already a teenager, learned a little more about the history of the Brazilian author Paulo Coelho and was inspired by the overcoming of his work O Alquimista. Hearing someone ask themselves “is this real?”Or when people say“ you can't know what is true and what is unreal in this story ”. That's what fascinates you.
