The exhibition is the first in a series of other activities that will be held celebrating the 50 years of diplomatic relations between Brazil and China throughout the year 2024.
Dance Residency at the Municipal Theater of Rio de Janeiro
The RioMont Art and Culture Association is also carrying out, at the same time, a Dance Residency project at the Municipal Theater in Rio de Janeiro. Started this December, the project continues throughout 2024 – registrations are still open (information on the website riomont.com.br).

The residence is part of the body investigation, dance, movement, physical expression, performance, corporal creative dramaturgy and the intersection with musical arts. A group has already been formed, who is working collectively throughout the process period, led by teachers and choreographers Marcia Delgado, dancer with extensive experience in traditional Chinese dance, and Anderson Dionísio, dancer for more than 30 years at the Municipal Theater of Rio de Janeiro.
After the end of residency, a circuit of presentations will be held, starting at the Municipal Theater of Rio de Janeiro and extending to other cultural spaces in the city and state of Rio de Janeiro.
