Contest seeks to celebrate and recognize images of philanthropic work recorded by amateur and professional photographers from all over Brazil
The National Forum of Philanthropic Institutions (FONIF) launch the contest “Perspectives on Philanthropy”, an unprecedented project that seeks to celebrate and recognize images of philanthropic work recorded by amateur and professional photographers from all over Brazil.
Participants need to choose a philanthropic institution or public policy initiatives and solidarity actions in the areas of Education, Health or Social Assistance that meet the needs and guarantee the rights of citizens.
The competition is divided into three categories: 1) Health, 2) Social Assistance and 3) Education. Registration is open until the day 28 February 2023. Images must be submitted via the contest website. www.fonif.org.br/olhares-da-filantropia.
Photos can be professional or not., captured by smartphone or camera. Images must be copyrighted and have never participated in another contest.
The technical jury is formed by Sólon Ribeiro, Denise Camargo, Carlos Carvalho, Closed Sandri, Paulo Lima and Lula Sampaio, who will select the three best photographs in each category. Winners will receive R$3,000.00 (1th place); R$2.000,00 (2th place) and R$1,000.00 (3th place), at a special event to be held from 17 April 2023.
