The Ceramic Art and Crafts Fair will integrate the 1º Meeting of Ceramists of the Federal District and Surroundings. The event will bring together artisans, students and the public interested in arts and crafts to enjoy a program with lectures, Circles of conversation, pottery workshops, video show, exhibition and craft fair, in the period of 24 to 30 January 2022, at the Candanga Memory Living Museum.
The 1st Meeting of Ceramists of the Federal District and Surroundings opens free registration for those interested in participating in the Ceramic Art and Crafts Fair and market your products in 29 January 2022 (Saturday), from 9 to 17 hours, and 30 January 2022 (Sunday), from 9 to 14 hours. The works submitted for the Ceramic Art and Crafts Fair will also undergo curation and may be invited to present pieces in the exhibition “Ceramic Crafts: From Tradition to Contemporary“. Those selected will still be part of the catalog of 120 pages of the 1st Encounter of Ceramists of the Federal District and Surroundings.

The – Who can apply:
Artists and Craftsmen who produce ceramic pieces and reside in the following territory: Distrito Federal, Abadiânia, Cold Water from Goiás, Beautiful Waters of Goiás, Alexania, Alto Paraíso de Goiás, North Dawn, High Mud, Headboards, Cavalcante, western city, Cocalzinho de Goiás, Corumba de Goiás, Crystalline, Goiás flowers, Formosa, Goianésia, Luziania, Mimoso de Goiás, Nikeland, New Range, Father Bernardo, Pirenópolis, Planaltina, Santo Antônio do Discover, Saint John of the Alliance, simolandia, Valparaiso de Goiás, Vila Boa and Vila Propício, in the state of Goiás, and from Arinos, Buritis, Big Headboard and Unai, in the state of Minas Gerais;
B – Registration and deadlines:
To subscribe, the bidder shall:
I) meet the requirements of this Call;
II) fill in all required fields on this electronic form, attaching all required data and documents;
III) Submit the application within the stipulated deadline, until the day 31/12/2022;
– Deadline: 31/12/2021 – Closing of enrollment at 23:59 of this day;
C – Two Results:
The result will be announced until the day 05 January 2022, on NACO's social networks @ naco.arte
An individual email and message will also be sent to each selected exhibitor, with instructions for your participation;
D – Selection Criteria:
Proposals received within the stipulated period will be evaluated by the Curatorship of the event. Selection will take into account the following criteria, in the order presented below:
to) Cultural and natural attributes referring to DF and RIDE;
b) Originality, criativity and innovation;
c) Quality;
work) Diversity of product offering;

Omitted cases will be evaluated by the Organizing Committee.
And – About Event Production and Operation:
I – The submitted proposals will receive from the event production, a registration confirmation email;
II – The Ceramic Art and Crafts Fair will take place on the days 29 January 2022, from 9 to 17 hours, and 30 January, from 9 to 14 hours, at the Candanga Memory Living Museum, in the Multipurpose Space of the Candanga Living Museum, with 148.39m². III – The Ceramic Craft Exhibition: from Tradition to the Contemporary will happen from 24 to 30 January 2022, from 9 to 17 hours, at the Candanga Memory Living Museum, in the Blue House space;
IV – Exhibitors must market their products;
V – Exhibitors must sign the Image and Voice Usage Authorization Term;
VI – Production will provide and make available to selected bidders, the structure needed to hold the event, being:
to) Physical exhibition space, with furniture for product display;
b) Masks and alcohol gel for staff and exhibitors;
c) Security for the exhibition space;
work) Photographic and audiovisual record;
and) Disclosure of the event in Social Media and the Press.
VII – It is up to the exhibitors:
to) label the products with prices and information they deem necessary;
b) participate in the assembly and disassembly of the exhibition, as well as stay in place to market your products;
c) use a mask and alcohol gel during the event.
VII – It is up to the Curatorship and Organizing Committee of the project to define the form and locations for displaying the products within the space, according to technical conveniences, operational and conceptual.
VIII – The Organizing Committee is responsible for any changes in dates, formats and or exhibition location.
IX - The Organizing Committee of the project reserves the right to disqualify, any time, the selected bidder who does not comply with the guidelines for participation.
