TRIDIMENSIONAL exhibition arrives in its 6th edition and will be presented in Gramado/RS

From day 10 th December 2021 to 31 th December 2022, to virtual exhibition TRIDIMENSIONAL VI, will be presented at the Municipal Center of Culture, in Gramado/RS and on social networks, and curated by Sabrina Stephanou.

Tridimensional VI is a realization of the Rio Grande do Sul Sculptors Association @aeergs , in conjunction with Gramado City Hall @prefeituradegramado the Secretariat of Culture, and support from the Gramado Municipal Culture Center and Stephanou Cultural @stephanoucultural, continuing previous editions, this time adapted to the virtual format.

The 6th edition of Tridimensional features 53 works by sculptors and sculptors, coming from different regions of the State of Rio Grande do Sul and other states in Brazil: Alceo Luiz de Costa, Alessandra Vaiano, Alexandre Barcelos, Anna Aita, Ana Álvares Tita, Ana Lucia Homrich, Ana Andueza, André Lacerda, Andrea Portugal, Antonio Sobral, Ariberto Filho, Arminda Lopes, Beatriz Macedo, Carmela Slavutzka, Claudia Piccinini, Daliana Amaral Mirapalhete, Denis Moreira da Costa, Elisa Zattera, Fernanda Manéa, Gisele Sirena, Hidalgo Adams, Helena Prieto, Joana Thomazoni, Judith Vergara Martins Costa, kira Lua, Larissa Silva, Leandro Machado, Leonardo Mathias, Lucas Strey, Luciana Brum, Lucio Spier, Great Sperb, Luis Macchi, Manoela Furtado, Marcia Bianchini, Maria Elisa Troglio Froes, Marilia Fayh, Martina Berger, Neca Lahm, Paulo Correa, Rafael do Nascimento, Rejane Wagner, Ricardo Cardoso, Ronan Ribeiro, Rosa Groisman, Sandra Kravetz, Sonia Seibel, Stella expression, Susanne Kochhann, Tonil Barua, Ubiratan Fernandes, Yann Ziegler e Zupo Rodolfo Zupo.

This year's exhibition aims to stimulate dialogue between sculptors, with inclusion, plurality and representation, showing the diversity of production, in the techniques, materials and concepts, also demonstrating how each artist understands and develops their three-dimensional art in space, using massive volumes or empty spaces, plans, textures, low and high reliefs, with freedom of expression and enjoyment in the contemporary setting.

According to the words of curator Sabrina Stephanou: “A virtual exhibition of sculptures that point to three-dimensionality, to the physicality and relationships that these objects establish with each other. Works by different sculptors and languages. It is possible to notice, through all these variations, how sculptors find the synthesis of their poetics, reverberating throughout his work. Works with an architectural and sculptural vocation are presented, presenting itself with aesthetic values ​​that attract a lot of attention.”

In this context, creativity is unlimited., combined with techniques and the act of feeling and thinking, which remains vibrant until the moment of execution by each of the sculptors, that bring to the viewer an ebullition of possibilities, of artistic visions, in a wide and free universe for the viewer to interpret.
