Tarsila got married, in 1926, with the poet Oswald de Andrade, and the couple influenced the customs of the time. It was Oswald who introduced Tarsila to French stylist Paul Poiret, who designed the wedding dress and others who innovated the fashion of the period. Poiret presented a new form for women's clothing, freeing women from corsets and raising the hems, showing ankles and allowing greater freedom of movement. Coco Chanel and Jean Patou were designers who followed this trend in Paris, which was devastated by the First World War..

To the performance “Tarsila, Oswald e a moda”, a creative team was convened by the Entreartes. Stylist Patricia Mattos, the hatmaker Luana Sampaio, jeweler Cristina Pinho and makeup artist and hairdresser Aloan Lopes form the group that will present a feminine look inspired by the aesthetic adopted by Tarsila, with models Ana Carolina Mendonça and Afonso Villas-Boas. Whether the look included costumes created by Paul Poiret, with fluid fabrics, above the ankle hem and hats cloche, the makeup and earrings will be inspired by the artist's photographs and self-portraits. Already the look masculine will accompany the Oswaldian aesthetic, with collars without stiffness and free shirts and jackets of the traditional combination. the Panama hat, another striking item in Oswald's image, will also be on the scene.
