Between the days 05 and 27 July, Leila Diniz Culture Center opens the door to the exhibition in celebration for his birthday: the "Collective 7 years ". The show will consist of about 30 works of several invited artists who have shown their talents in the cultural space of the State Official Press of Rio de Janeiro.

The exhibition is a collection of works that represent the culture room itself, plus some in honor of the actress Leila Diniz. The guests are mainly from Niterói, São Gonçalo and other municipalities in the metropolitan region of Rio de Janeiro.

One of the confirmed presences in the "Collective 7 years " is the designer, visual artist and illustrator Luciane Valencia, that painted a picture especially for this show. Called the "Poem for Manuel de Barros", the screen was made from artist's research on the verses of the poet.

Leila Diniz Culture Room is one of the most important cultural centers of Niterói, located in the official press of Rio de Janeiro and created to encourage cultural productions, of various audiences in various art forms. This year the space celebrates its seventh anniversary contributing, since opening, with diverse cultural programs and free to the city.

“The Leila Diniz culture room is the best example of what the government can do for art, culture and education, even with few resources and no major sponsors ", praises the artist Zé Roberto Graúna.
