The program CCBB Educativo - Art & Education develops actions to stimulate experience, creation, research and reflection through pedagogical processes, artistic and curatorial.
At this time, in which special protocols for visiting and staying in the country's cultural spaces are necessary for the safety of all, face-to-face activities have a reduced number of participants, single flow of circulation, temperature measurement, mandatory mask use, availability of alcohol gels and floor flags for social distance. Daily visits to the exhibition take place Alphonse Mucha: the legacy of Art Nouveau, that are possible in the days and times to follow: Monday; at 12h and 16h; on wednesday, at 4:00 pm; Thursday, at 12:00; Friday, at 12 pm and 4 pm; saturday and sunday, at 12:00. On Tuesdays the CCBB is closed for visitation. Patrimonial visits to the CCBB Rio de Janeiro permanent exhibition, at the Values Gallery are on Wednesdays, 12h and Sunday, at 4:00 pm. The capacity of both is limited to 6 (six) people.
During mediated visits, educators join the public to dialogue, share and exchange glances, readings and productions of meanings, present at the exhibitions on display at CCBB-Rio.
The Visits Mediated in Pounds, occur simultaneously in Portuguese, with Brazilian translation of signs (Pounds). Educators welcome deaf and / or hearing impaired people, on Thursdays and Saturdays, at 4:00 pm.
The show "Alphonse Mucha: the legacy of Art Nouveau”, offers the public the possibility to explore and discover the vast collection with 100 works by the Czech painter provided by the Mucha Foundation. It is the largest collection of the artist assembled and presented for the first time in Brazil. Admission is free and access is limited. Thus, requires prior scheduling by the public, for both visitation and mediated visits. The exhibition is on until the day 28 February 2021 and can also be visited through virtual mediation.
Every Saturday, to 15 hours there is “The Place of Creation” with artistic activities of creation and cultural mediation aiming at coexistence and dialogue with the current arts and themes, in experiences that welcome children, Youth and adults. For this activity, only one ticket is issued per CPF; the representative can be accompanied by up to 03 people in your family.
On 12 December (Saturday), the Place of creation – Knowledge Office – Narrative production meetings based on the participants' cultural imagery, in dialogue with the city where they live and the exhibitions on display.
On 19 December has a double day of activities for children and their families. It's day of Commemorative Date - Christmas, that starts at 10 hours in the educational room. By prior booking on the internet, www.eventim.com.br, 12 (doze) visitors will be able to participate in the Christmas card workshop, a rescue of the western tradition of making cards, exploring the poetic power of images and texts to offer as a gift to those who are far away on this very special date of the year. On the same day, to 15 hours o Place of creation – Art Games- promotes meetings focused on creation in arts, exploring play and creative games that involve visual arts strategies, theater, music, bodily practices and writing.
On Monday, day 21 of december, to 10 hours have Place of creation (digital) – “Two Objects to Life” on the educational site. And to end the month and year, on 26 December (Saturday), the Place of creation - arts office offers visitors exercises for experimenting with materials, sounds and movements in artistic processes aimed at creating images.
For those who prefer to have fun at home, the educational portal presents many options with a new scope, enabling access by audiences from all over the national territory.
Fifth, 10 of december, at 19h, the course Transversalities (Digital) invites the artist, governess, graduated in Visual Arts and specialist in Education in Museums and Cultural Centers (Singularities Institute / SP), Ana Helena Grimaldi, to address the theme “DEVIATION”, having as premise the change of the classes of visual arts in person to the virtual form. Now the workshop rooms are closed and the material closets are closed. Digital media are the only possible route to meeting and being present, in the loss of physical contact imposed by the distance. Between paths and drifts, deviations become opportunities to devise and risk ways to learn and experiment together. This report is a cartography of the experience of thinking about the affection and appropriation of technological resources at school – and in other contexts – as ways to maintain links and educational processes in dialogue with contemporary art.
The Ancestral Multiple, now in digital version features on Saturday, day 12 of december, às 10h, Island Stories: The auto do bumba meu boi, with the Xama Theater Group. A story of popular Maranhão culture that has been told and retold through the ages. In this version, inspired by the work of the writer Wilson Marques, the actresses Cris Campos and Renata Figueiredo give wings to the imagination by manipulating animated objects and singing traditional songs from the land of bumba meu boi. The show features the participation of the photographer, and video director Carol Libério in capturing images, visual poetry and editing.
The Xama Theater Group, since 2008, develops artistic-cultural activities: regional and national circulation projects, theatrical performances, workshops, radio program, academic research and storyteller presentations, starting with the art of narrating. Other options for remote programming are “Shared processes (Digital) – The Lida of desire in the management of artistic-cultural projects”, with Rogério Rabbit, poet, articulator of Coletivoz Sarau de Periferia since 2008 and Slammaster of Slam Clube da Luta, since 2014, from Belo Horizonte. The meeting will be in webinar format on the Zoom platform, on 21 of december (Monday), às14h, lasting 4 hours and will seek to raise questions that involve the difficulty of combining an artistic-cultural project with calls for cultural incentives, diverse in their specificities. How to make the artistic work count, between desire and writing; between idea and execution; between the poetic ideal and the practical ideal? How these questions can help us to understand a less conflicting path in the management of artistic-cultural projects? The rating is Free - suitable for people over 16 years. Ending the month's remote schedule, on Tuesday, day 29 of december, to 10 hours o With the Word (Digital) “Ancient Egypt – From everyday to eternity”, with Cintia Gama. Aimed at the spontaneous audience, o With the Word consists of mediated visits made by specialists or reference professionals in different topics. Approaches each exhibition from other fields of knowledge, as well as multiple looks, ways of knowing and relating to art. In this edition, archeologist and historian Cintia Gama leads the public through the galleries of the exhibition “Ancient Egypt - From everyday life to eternity”.
