35 grams of powdered sugar
01 gram of salt
12 grams of eggs
45 grams of almond flour
80 grams of wheat flour
04 grams of baking powder
Way of doing
Add all the ingredients in the mixer and beat with the racket until all the ingredients are properly homogenized (Important not to beat too much to not develop gluten).
Open the dough with 4mm thickness, cut into discs and leave in the refrigerator for a few 30 minutes.
Bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees, for about 10 minutes.
To decorate use royal icing.
