The Cultural Centers Bank of Brazil offer educational activities that dialogue with the programming in theaters for more than 10 years. Now the public can interact freely, de modo online, more than 100 stories, files, videos and device activities and presents exhibitions, between 2018 and 2020, directed to all audiences, especially students, teachers and school community.

Operating since 2018, CCBB Educational Program - Art & Education is carried out by JA.CA - Center for Art and Technology, civil society organization based in Minas Gerais. Founded in 2010, the JA.CA has its origin linked to education and research programs, residency and projects related to architecture, urbanism, design and cultural management, in dialogue with different institutions.

It is the opportunity to pursue educational activities, always involving art, at times at home, during social isolation. Teachers and education professionals can keep up to date and dive into new perspectives. Students can continue learning and there's workshops that can be done by parents with their children, aimed at fun and knowledge.

On the activities this week:

The exhibition "SHUTTLE”, who went by the CCBB RJ and is temporarily suspended at CCBB BH investigates the relationship between the hammocks and the construction of Brazilian identity. "SHUTTLE" has more than 300 works, with clipping between the sixteenth and twenty-first, approximately 141 artists, being 32 natives.

The exhibition is anchored between three elements: the visual arts, Brazil and hammocks for sleeping. It is a show that brings to the fore several ways of representing and presenting the hammocks in reference to the constructions of Brazilian visuality and identity.
