birthday of 34 years of GALLERY TINA ZAPPOLI

The SEEN GALLERY Christmas Action TINA ZAPPOLI consists of the full donation of works of artists/photographers FELIPE CRETELLA (SP), MARINHO NETO (RS) AND ROGER MASSEY (RS). Each raffle number costs R$ 50,00 (fifty reais). All proceeds will go towards the ST. JOHN the BAPTIST PRIMARY SCHOOL, the Capital-philanthropic institution created in 1939 serving for free children and adolescents with multiple disabilities.

The campaign is already in place on the internet (galeriatinazappoli@gmail.com) or directly at the Gallery (Pauline Street Teixeira, 35 -Bairro Rio Branco), having as target group people from all over Brazil and also abroad the with interest in helping the entity. "It was a way that the gallery found in fulfilling its social role, doing the raffle itself inside the Gallery's birthday party. This is the sixth year that we do, always with much success ", comments the owner Tina Zappoli.

In 2 of december, date on which the Gallery TINA ZAPPOLI complete 34 years of uninterrupted performance in the same location, in Porto Alegre, will take place the traditional charity event of the 6th Edition of the Christmas Action, with the delivery of the works to the winners.

TINA ZAPPOLI GALLERY- Founded in 1981, Initially he devoted himself more to modernist artists established in the 20th century. Immediately, was acquired a more contemporary character. Throughout its history, had the privilege of circulating nationally with the work of Iberê Camargo, artist who represented until his death, in 1994. After that, the gallery was, slowly, introducing a collection of Brazilian Popular Art, one of the passions of their owners: the Marine photographer and gallerist Tina Zappoli, partner-founder of entity. Today, blend harmoniously with originality in the South of the country-folk art with modern and contemporary art.
