"The parallels are at Infinity" is the theme of the exhibition Humanar

For the first time in São Paulo, artist Pina Bastos brings 65 works with Polyhedra

From day 2 of June, Humanar space receives the exhibition "The parallel are at Infinity", the artist Pina Bastos, coming for the first time to São Paulo.

The show has 65 works and is curated by Jose Ricardo Barbosa dos Santos.

"A trip to Hong Kong, I realized that Chinese art is full of loose strokes. That's when I had the idea of putting these traits more sharp and geometric. And, that resulted in three forms that make up the human nature: spheres, triangles and cubes ", highlights the artist.

The exhibition is on until the day 2 of July and has free entry.

About the artist Pina Bastos

Visual artist carioca, graduated in journalism, He studied drawing and painting in free workshops and at the school of Visual Arts. Has a sculpture in the collection at the National Museum of fine arts of Rio de Janeiro, exposed in the Gallery of modern and contemporary Brazilian Art. In addition, has paintings and a sculpture in the collection of the Candido Mendes Cultural Center where recently exposed works in solo exhibition Perspectives.
